Apple Vs Samsung

Apple and Samsung disputes related patents, is still ongoing andincreasingly heated alone.

Even so, the actual effort that led to the settlement of a patent waris never sparked by Steve Jobs, who was then still serving as CEO of Apple.

Where as reported by Bloomberg, mentioned that Steve Jobs has been in contact with Samsung in an effort to resolve pertikaiannyalast year.

But unfortunately, it did not happen, because Steve Jobs did notparticipate in disikusi which eventually became worse. This wasrevealed by Richard Lutton, Apple lawyers in a hearing that was held at a court in Australia.

"Samsung is an important supplier with whom we have a deeprelationship," Lutton said when answering a question from apangacara Samsung.

"We want to give them a chance to do the right thing." he continued.

Samsung and Apple are stuck in a patent battle in severalcountries. Apple accuses Samsung has created a 'fake devices'on a number of Samsung products, such as Samsung S Galaxy,Galaxy, Galaxy Tab 10.1, and various other products.

Impact, Samsung also forbidden to sell the tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1Germany and Australia.
